Today,Idea announces a special offer called choice recharge in Delhi.In this offer Idea allows user to select the plan of their choice and is available for Rs 25.These offers includes a tariff cut on local as well as STD calls to 40 paisa per minute, 150 free minutes of call to any Idea subscriber during the night hours, 45 free local call minutes, and 250 STD and Local SMS. One can go with any one of these four options and customize their plan according to their usage.Users can also choose more than one service offered in this pack.This will allow Idea subscribers to make use of multiple service benefits by going for another recharge of the same value.Yesterday, Vodafone had also announced a new pack which would cut the local and STD call tariffs to 40 paisa per minute and is valid in the Delhi/NCR region. Prior to that most of the operators had introduced new tariff schemes on national roaming, and cut their tariffs for 2G data to promote the usage of internet amongst masses.
