After the succesfull launch of SmartWatch ,Sony launches its new version which is called SmartWatch 2 in Berlin which gives tough competition to Galaxy Gear.Sony SmartWatch 2 have new features which are far better than its previous version.This SmartWatch 2 have much slimmer and bigger display.
Sony SmartWatch 2 have a screen display of 1.6 " with a resolution of 220 x 176 pixels which is lesser than the 320 pixels of Samsung Galaxy Gear.It does not have any camera while Samsung Galaxy Gear have a camera of 1.9 MP with good quality.Its body is designed with aluminum materials and it supports microUSB charging.
It will be compatible with Android Smartphones with its NFC and also have a Bluetooth Connectivity of 3.0.
Its battery back up beats the battery back up of Samsung Galaxy Gear.It provides 3-4 days under normal use while Samsung Galaxy Gear gives only 1 day battery life.There is no microphone and speaker exists in this watch.
It also beats Samsung's IP55 certification in the water and is dust resistant with its IP57 certification which allows us to use it under 1 meter water depth for thirty minutes. Sony has priced the SmartWatch 2 for $266 and it will be available to buy in the global market with multiple colors wrist choices by the end of September 2013.
